    Q: What is the overall steps to order with you?

    1) Register to become our member.
    2) Select items on our online shop.
    3) Check after shopping.
    4) Fill up the receiver's detail information such as your business name or your name, address, country, phone, and email.
    5) Select shipping method and payment way you prefer.
    6) Check your order detail.
    7) If OK go on with "Next Step" until your order number appears or your cart will be lost after logout. Then contact us on shipping cost and payment.
    8) You can check your order detail in your member area.
    9) Inform us after you have made the deposit payment.
    10) If we confirm that you down payment has arrived we start to process your order immediately.
    11) We'll inform you as soon as your goods are finished furnishing and packing.
    12) Then you make balance and freight payment to us.
    13) We'll make shippment as soon as we get your final payment. And then send you all the documents.
    14) You or your agent do the import custom clearance with the documents.
    15) You get the goods in your country.

    We need 50% prepaid when you place an order, and 50% pay once the goods are all finished. Plus the shipping fright. You are welcome to visit our factory and warehouse to confirm the order.

    Payment Method:
    1) Bank money wire transfer.
    2) Western Union.

    Q: Can you mix different types of product for us?

    A:Yes, we do. Apart from the goods we offered we have long term partners to supply different items to meet your requirment and market. We also put small items into cabinets or trunks. It can increase your variety and save shipping.

    Q:How do we know if a product is antique or modern reproduction?
    A: For retailers you buy from our stock and it is clearly stated on our web pages.
    For wholesalers generally speaking, over 85% of our items are antique and others are reproductions. Once you place the order(make down payment) , we'll pick up from our stock or let our staff collect over China. We'll mark condition for every item including old or new at the time. You can delete new ones and ask other old items instead then. But before we get your deposit we can not explain which ones are new or old so that we can concentrate on the service for valuable customers.

    Q:What is the minimum order?
    A: The minimum order is US$1200(net goods value). If you are wholesale buyers intend to buy a full container please contact us.

    Q:How about packing?
    A:Big items will be packed by carton and small items packed by foam and carton. They are strong enough to protect the goods.

    Q: What is the leading delivery time?
    A: For items except furniture we usually ship within 5-15 dyas.
    For furniture It usually takes about 10 to 20 days since we get your down payment.

    Q:Will we be liable for any import taxes or duties?
    A: Yes, it is on your side.

    Q: What is shipping and handling charge?

    Shipping methods:

    If you order includs big items such as furniture we usually ship via sea shipping.

    If you order small items there are following methods for your selection:

    Via China Post for small orders:
    There are 3 methods for China Post: Air; SAL(surface, air and land); Sea. The goods can get to your loacal place.
    We usually ship the goods by SAL via the post office. It's cheaper than air and takes only about 15 days to your place. All of our goods except antique furniture(which needs sea shipping) can be shipped by SAL. Or you can select Airmail or express mail to have a quicker time.

    For big orders or big items such as furniture (usually over $2000), we'll select sea shipping via custom clearance. You take goods by custom clearance from the port at your country.There's US$150 documentation processing charge for this method.

    We can also ship via express mail such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc. upon your request. Express mail cost is higher than China Post.

    Q: What's shipping cost for small items?
    Take USA as examples:
    SAL:
    $15 for the first Kg, Plus $5.5/Kg for the second Kg and thereafter to USA. About 15 to 30 days to arrive. Sometimes a little longer or shorter.
    Buyers from other countries please contact us for shipping cost. Usually it's a little more or less than that.(The cost at the end of the year is a little higher than usuall time for the post office charges additional fee per Kg)

    Airmail:
    $20 for the first Kg, plus 11.5/kg thereafter. 7 to 10 days to arrive in USA.
    We'll inform you goods and sending information before and after shipping to let you know our preparing condition and also for you to get them in time.

    Sea & Land:
    $13 for the first Kg, plus $3/kg for the second Kg and thereafter. Over 30 days to your place.

    Q: How to save shipping cost?

    So you see the more you buy the cheaper freight you get. For example a silk and satin handbag's weight is about 110g. You want airmail shipping to USA.
    If you buy only one piece you have to pay US$20 airmail charge for only one piece.
    If you buy 100pcs you pay only US$1.35/pic airmail charge.

    Q: What's Shipping time?

    It usually takes 4 or 5 days for us to get the payment if you pay through bank money wiretransfer. As soon as we get your payment, we'll process your order. We usually make shipment within 5 to 20 days depending on the items and quantity you ordered.


    Q: What is shipping and handling charge for furniture?

    Shipping (Freight):
    Our forwarder is experienced in shipping worldwide of our goods. They will arrange well everything necessary in shipping from China. We'll contact you on shipping after we get your deposit for the order. It's usually US$80 to 150 per cubic meter to main international seaports. And it deffers from US$200 to 380 per cubic meter if you want to ship to your address(home). It saves you cost to ship to your seaport and then you arrange land shipping yourself.

    For furniture there's Custom clearance and documentation charge(Handling charge):
    There's US$150 handling charge including custom clearance, shipping arrangement, documentation, standard packing per order depends on minimum order US$1200. If you need fuming add US$100 to US$150.

    Q:What happens if an item arrives damaged?
    A:You have the following options:
    We'll send you a new one instead if it's worse damaged. And if there's a little damaged we'll do some compensation.
